About Kiriay

Kiriay Mackie is an 18 year old female who was born and studied in Australia. She is currently living in central London. Quoted from her, “I love the feeling you get from drawing or creating something you love,
you get so involved you almost go into auto-pilot where nothing else around you matters.”
Kiriay is influenced by music, traditional tattoo imagery and modern life.  Her Idols/Heros are Joe Strummer, Tim Burton and Spongebob Squarepants.As a enthusiastic tatooist, Kiriay has dreams of moving into tattooing which you can tell from seeing one of her drawings tattooed on her arm.  She considers tattooing as one of the most powerful mediums, saying, “to be able to wear your art on your body is such a beautiful concept”.
